An overdose of leucovorin is unlikely to threaten your life.

An overdose of leucovorin may decrease the desired effect of other medications (e.g., folic acid antagonists) you are taking. Furthermore, symptoms of a leucovorin overdose are not known.

Call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222 if an overdose is suspected.
